Providing the Regulations of the Newsletter Service (hereinafter: "Regulations") is the fulfillment of the obligation specified in Art. 8 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123, as amended). The Regulations define the rules for the provision of the Newsletter Service by Mission Swim sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw (02-675), ul. Wołoska 7, KRS: 0000736284 (hereinafter: "Service Provider") by electronic means (hereinafter: "Service"), activation and deactivation of the Service and the complaint procedure against people using the Services (hereinafter: "Users", and each separately "User"). The Service Provider provides Services electronically in accordance with the Regulations via the website www.missionswim.com (hereinafter: the "Website"). The Regulations are available free of charge on the Website in a form that enables its acquisition, playback and recording. Anyone can read the Regulations. By accepting the Regulations, the User concludes an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service by the Service Provider. The User accepts all the provisions of the Regulations and makes a statement regarding the knowledge of the Regulations. The Service Provider provides the Service by electronic means of sending information about Mission Swim sp. z o. o., including commercial content, in particular regarding the offer of products and services provided in the form of an e-mail via e-mailing to the e-mail address provided by the User (hereinafter referred to as : "Newsletter"). The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period of time. The Newsletter contains information, promotional or advertising content of the Service Provider. Graphic elements and content of the Newsletter Service are subject to proprietary copyrights or other rights of the Service Provider or third parties and are subject to legal protection. Any copying, modification and use in an inconsistent manner with the purpose and / or without the consent of the Service Provider may constitute a violation of the law. In order to activate the Newsletter Service the User needs to:
use a device with access to the Internet with an installed and correctly configured, current version of the web browser,
place an order by providing your e-mail address in the electronic form available on the Website,
accept the Regulations by checking the checkbox next to the message "I accept the regulations of the newsletter service",
have an active e-mail address,
activate the "OK" button,
activate the link contained in the message sent automatically by the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by the User.
The User may at any time deactivate the Newsletter Service, which is tantamount to immediate termination of the contract for the provision of the Newsletter Service. In order to deactivate the Newsletter Service, click the "Unsubscribe" link contained in the content (footer) of the Newsletter. The Newsletter Service may also be deactivated at the initiative of the Administrator, in the event of non-compliance by the User with the obligations required by the Regulations. Upon deactivation of the Newsletter Service, the Service Provider ceases to send the Newsletter to the User's e-mail address. The User may re-order the Newsletter Service at any time.
Complaints regarding matters relating to the Service should be submitted in writing to the following address: ul. Wołoska 7, 02-675 Warszawa or by e-mail to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint should include:
contact details of the person submitting the complaint, necessary to reply to the complaint,
a description of what the irregularities in the Service consisted of and the expectations for a resolution.
Complaints will be considered immediately upon their receipt by the Service Provider. The Service Provider will immediately notify the claimant about the decision regarding the complaint via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the application or by registered mail to the address indicated in the complaint.

In the case of profiling, the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), which is the best adjustment of the information sent to your needs and interests. Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the indicated purposes. The data may be transferred to entities processing them on our behalf, but only for the purpose and scope necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned services, incl. marketing agencies or entities providing IT services to us, where such entities process data on the basis of contracts concluded with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator's instructions. Your personal data may also be made available, but only at the request of entities authorized under the law. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to provide the service based on the Regulations, until you resign from the Newsletter Service. In addition, the Administrator will stop processing your personal data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator if you object to the processing. You have the right to request access to your data and the right to rectify, delete, transfer, limit processing, and the right to object. In order to exercise one of your rights, please contact the Administrator using the e-mail address provided above. The security of your data is our priority, however, if you feel that we violate the provisions of the GDPR by processing your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The Regulations may be updated in order to adapt to the changes in generally applicable laws and regulations or in case of the changes to the offered Service. Amendments to the Regulations will enter into force on the date specified in the information on its amendment, but not earlier than within 14 days of their announcement. The Regulations will be binding on the User, unless the User resigns from the Newsletter Service within 14 days from the date of receipt of information about its change, in the absence of acceptance of the new content of the Regulations.
